The Board of Directors and Staff

The Chorale is governed by its energetic, all-volunteer Board, consisting of both singing members and individuals from the community at large. The Board plans Chorale projects, oversees implementation of the Chorale's Strategic Plan, and creates new initiatives. It works closely with the Chorale's Development Consultant, Music Director, Business Manager, and membership  to sustain the Chorale's many musical and outreach intiatives.

The New Haven Chorale

  • is an auditioned, professionally conducted, 100-member community of vocal musicians united by their passion for choral-music excellence and their devotion to community cultural service. Since 1950, the Chorale has brought beautiful choral music to the Greater New Haven community through varied concert performances and innovative community projects.
